Robert was great to speak with. I called his company in error thinking it was a company that installed the new AC units in my new home. It turned out they both have similar names and since the other company was not getting back to me after several messages, I asked Robert for some assistance. My heat in the upstairs of my house where the bedrooms are was not working and the temperature was naturally down to about 63 degrees…everyone was very cold and not the best way to sleep!!! Robert, though his company had nothing to do with my house installation, was willing to walk me through some trouble shooting for about 20 minutes. Again, he was under no obligation to assist me and he was very busy with his appointments, so when he knew he could not make it to my house today, he took 20 minutes to trouble shoot with me over the phone. Amazing, as the trouble shooting told us that the system was not set-up properly and once he talked me through it, the system was working fine….no bill, no visit, just an incredible generous person with his time. I will be calling upon Robert for regular maintenance going forward….I can’t thank you enough for your help.
